With a variety of ongoing and shifting travel restrictions, an opportunity exists to help tourism operators attract domestic travellers to destinations outside of the major urban centres - and to expand marketing to international travellers as soon as it is safe to do so. 

Elevating Canadian Experiences (ECE), delivered through the Canadian Experiences Fund (CEF) in partnership with the Government of Canada, delivers one-day rural tourism summits across Canada, offering capacity building content in culinary and winter/shoulder season strategy development for tourism operators, organizations, small businesses and destinations. These tools will help tourism operators during the COVID-19 pandemic, and long after it.
