Working Together to Support Canada’s Tourism Industry
As a national non-profit association dedicated to Canada’s tourism industry, TIAC works with qualified vendors, contractors, consultants, and service providers to advance projects and initiatives that support our members and strengthen the sector.
Opportunities may include event management and hosting, advocacy campaigns, marketing and communications, research, technology solutions, training, and other specialized services.
Interested parties are encouraged to review each Request for Proposals carefully, including the project scope, requirements, timelines, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements identified in the relevant RFP document.
We welcome thoughtful, creative, and innovative proposals from organizations that share our commitment to advancing a competitive, resilient, and sustainable tourism industry.
TIAC Membership Requirement
The selected supplier commits to becoming a full member of the Tourism Industry Association of Canada on or before the start of the opportunity, demonstrating their support for Canada’s tourism industry.

TIAC Tourism Insights Series
Annual Tourism Trends Report and Quarterly Thought Leadership White Papers
The Tourism Industry Association of Canada is seeking proposals from qualified research, consulting, economic analysis, and thought leadership firms to develop and deliver a multi-year national research project.
The Tourism Insights Series will provide evidence-based analysis, forward-looking insights, and strategic recommendations that support the growth, competitiveness, and sustainability of Canada’s tourism industry.
Proposal Requirements
Proposals should not exceed 10 pages and must include:
- A corporate profile outlining the company’s services, experience, and relevant tourism-sector expertise.
- Project team biographies, including any subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers who will contribute to the project.
- A summary of your understanding of the project scope, final deliverables, and proposed methodology.
- A work plan and anticipated timeline, including the proposed quality assurance process.
- Examples of comparable work and applicable references.
- Recommendations for the long-term sustainability of the research series.
- A budget and pricing structure for the three-year project.
