Request for Proposals
Welcome to our non-profit association's Request for Proposal (RFP) section! As a non-profit organization dedicated to the tourism industry, we often collaborate with external partners to fulfill our goals. This RFP section serves as a platform for us to invite proposals from qualified vendors, contractors, or service providers to help us with various projects or initiatives.
In this section, you will find information about ongoing or upcoming projects for which we are seeking proposals. This may include but is not limited to services such as event management, event hosting, advocacy campaigns, marketing and communications, technology solutions, or other specialized services related to our cause.
We encourage interested parties to review the RFP documents thoroughly, including project specifications, requirements, timeline, and submission guidelines. Proposals should be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided, and we may conduct an evaluation process to select the best proposal that aligns with our organization's needs, values, and budget.
By participating in our RFP process, vendors and service providers have the opportunity to support our non-profit association's mission and contribute to our positive impact on the community. We are excited to receive creative and innovative proposals that will help us advance our mission and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Request for Proposal - Host City for Tourism Town Hall and Roundtable 2025

The Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) seeks proposals from destinations across Canada to host one of five (5) Tourism Town Hall and Roundtable events in 2025. These full-day events will bring together tourism operators, stakeholders, and key players from the region to discuss current industry challenges and opportunities, foster collaboration, and engage with TIAC’s advocacy efforts. We invite Canadian destinations with strong regional tourism infrastructure to submit a proposal to host one of these pivotal events.
