Export READI™ Training
Instructor-Led Training
The Tourism Export READI™ training was developed by Alternative Sales Strategy in partnership with TIAC to explain such topics as what it means to be Export READI™, how to access new markets, export business practices and pricing, products and partners, marketing and promotion.
Alternative Sales Strategy’s Export Readiness Training Program is a 4-module program that can be delivered virtually, in-person or a hybrid of both. Participants will be able to write a travel trade plan and track return on investment.
TIAC endorses Alternative Sales Strategy’s Export Readiness Training Program and recommends it as your business works toward the assessment and verification necessary to achieve the Tourism Export READI™ designation.
Self-Led Training
The Export READI™ Online program was developed by Firecircle in partnership with TIAC. Through a clear, step-by-step approach, participants will learn how to identify the right markets, create trade-ready products, build valuable partnerships, and promote their business with purpose.
The five-module program includes approximately 35 minutes of concise video instruction designed to introduce key concepts and practical strategies in an accessible format. Following each module, participants work through guided worksheets and practical exercises designed to help apply the concepts directly to their own business. Depending on the depth of detail and planning involved, completing the full workbook may take approximately 5–10 hours. Together, the videos and worksheets provide operators with a strong understanding of export readiness and a practical foundation for building their own export plans.
