We’re inviting TIAC members in good standing to step into the judge’s seat and help us recognize the outstanding people, places, and businesses that make Canada a world-class destination. Each year, TIAC recognizes and celebrates the work and efforts of Canadian tourism businesses, professionals and events through the Canadian Tourism Awards. This year, TIAC will celebrate achievements by offering the following prestigious awards:

Why judge the Canadian Tourism Awards?

Who can judge?

Judges must be a full TIAC member in good standing and have at least five years of experience working in the tourism and travel industry. The final panel will include 10 judges. The Canadian Tourism Awards strives to create a welcoming environment that reflects the diversity of our industry, applicants from all cultural and linguistic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

How judging works

 

After award entries close, the evaluation process will begin. Each judge will be assigned a category/ies and have a period of two weeks to score submissions. The judging process will be conducted online and can be done according to your own schedule. Judges can expect to spend an average of 30 minutes on each nomination.
