We are excited to announce the launch of our new national program: Elevating Canadian Experiences: A How-to workshop series to grow tourism through culinary and shoulder season development. With support from the Government of Canada’s Canadian Experience Fund (CEF), this program will support businesses and destinations expand shoulder season and culinary tourism potential.

This program will be made possible through partnerships between TIAC and our respective Provincial and Territorial and regional tourism partners, helping us identify markets in each province and territory where shoulder season and culinary tourism capacity building has been identified as a priority. Elevating Canadian Experiences workshops will be held in these markets to help businesses build awareness and expand capacity in both the shoulder/winter seasons and culinary experiences.
