Canadians’ Perceptions of Domestic Travel Report
As the Canadian tourism industry is slowly reopening and recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic, we thought it timely to highlight our research report on Canadians’ Perceptions of Domestic Travel that can be found in our Elevating Canadian Experience Resources Hub.
This report was made possible through the research conducted by our partners at Twenty31 earlier this year. Perspective is provided in terms of Canadians’ travel preferences and plans and ultimately how they view their country as a destination. The findings detailed in this overview report are based on a survey of a representative sample of 2,750 leisure travellers in Canada.
The report provides a profile of key destinations, a profile and interest in key attractions along with other opportunities. It also includes focused perspectives and preferences towards winter/shoulder season travellers.
