The Terroir Symposium brings together innovative people from the field of hospitality and tourism; including chefs, hoteliers, drink experts, writers and business leaders.

The theme of the 2020 Terroir Symposium is Collaboration - the power of partnerships. Collaboration is a deeply human activity; when two or more people work together towards a shared common goal the outcomes can be powerful and the impact can be broader than imagined. When we work together to solve problems and overcome challenges, we can create something awesome!
