Job Description / Duties

This is a full-time remote office role for a Chief Administrative Officer. The Chief Administrative Officer will be responsible for general administration, communication, administrative assistance, customer service, and organization and operation of the Travel Media Association of Canada. The Chief Administrative Officer will report directly to the volunteer Board of Directors, and work closely with TMAC's member volunteers, and members. The CAO will lead and manage ongoing TMAC projects, oversee daily operations, and collaborate with the Board of Directors to ensure TMAC effectively serves its members.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Experience in general administration, including budgeting, project management, and staff supervision
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and public speaking
Experience in providing administrative assistance to a Board of Directors or similar governing body
Strong customer service skills, including a proven ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders
Excellent organization skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Experience working within a non-profit or volunteer organization is a plus
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset

Salary: 62,000 - $69,000
