Each year since 1955, the Quebec Winter Carnival invites nearly 400,000 Quebec City residents and visitors from all over the world to come celebrate the pleasures of winter. The Carnival offers winter-themed family and public activities that honor the unique history, culture and patrimony of Quebec City. Bonhomme Carnaval and his Duchesses will bring pride to our city with 17 days of diverse, high-quality activities encouraging your participation.
