China’s Ministry of Culture & Tourism requires Chinese outbound agents to work with qualified Canadian inbound tour operators when sending Chinese leisure tour groups to Canada. TIAC is the organization entrusted by the Canadian government to compile a list of qualified inbound tour operators. |
