After leading the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) advocacy efforts since November, including the launch of the 2021 Tourism Recovery Plan, we congratulate Vince Accardi, Vice-President, Stakeholder Relations and Business Development, on being chosen as the new President for the Ontario Motor Coach Association (OMCA) and Motor Coach Canada (MCC).
The announcement was made by OMCA’s Chair, Marc Laplante this past Friday, and Vince will officially start with the organization on April 19th.
"While I am sad to see Vince leave," said TIAC's President and CEO, Beth Potter, "I am very happy for him as he takes this next step in his career. He will still be part of the tourism family and I look forward to working with him at the national table."
Vince served as TIAC's Acting CEO since November 2020, the Vice President since 2019, and prior to this, the Director of Policy and Stakeholder relations. Vince's last day with TIAC will be April 8th.
TIAC's Board of Directors, President and CEO, and the TIAC Team wish Vince all the best in his new role.
