The Tourism Industry Association of Canada is pleased to announce Orie Berlasso as our new Vice President, Events & Engagement.

Orie is an accomplished and recognized leader with almost two decades of project management experience focused on event strategy, marketing, business development and stakeholder engagement.

Producing over 60 events for the Canadian hospitality industry, Orie is passionate about constructing a shared vision by collaboratively working with a broad group of stakeholders, spanning private and public sectors.

She has exceptional relationship management skills, building on the ideas of others ensuring that people feel heard and valued. Never afraid of change, she seeks solutions to problems and routinely makes recommendations to enhance effectiveness toward the business result or strategic intent.

She has started with the organization as of July 18, 2022. Please join us in welcoming Orie to the TIAC team!
