Job Description / Duties
The Administrator, CRM & Analytics, will have a pivotal role in implementing and administering
a robust CRM system for the DMC, as well as supporting its day-to-day operations. This entails
building and administrating the database, developing workflows, and providing support to staff
members on best practices for data entry, standardization, and reporting. As the Administrator,
CRM & Analytics, you will report directly to the Stakeholder Relations & Marketing Manager and
collaborate closely with the Business Manager and other members of the DMC team.
Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and
actively contributing to the development of database procedures and guidelines. Additionally,
you will play a crucial part in identifying areas where improvements can be made, thereby
enhancing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the CRM system.
Responsibilities:
Administer the organization's CRM system, ensuring the development and integrity of the
database.
Administer the analysis of data in building a robust industry intelligence resource.
Assist in the development and implementation of workflow processes to ensure efficient
data entry into the CRM system, enabling further reporting and analysis.
Coordinate communication and promote best practices between departments to ensure
adherence to CRM best practices for data entry, standardization, and reporting.
Develop and manage internal training documentation that outlines CRM best practices.
Conduct training sessions for new members and staff on how to effectively utilize the
CRM system.
Collaborate with stakeholder support teams to troubleshoot performance issues related
to the CRM system.
Ensure accurate data entry by working closely with all stakeholders and maintaining
ongoing data accuracy.
Continuously review the capabilities of the CRM platform and encourage staff to utilize
the system to its fullest potential.
Collaborate with the DMC team to understand the business and client needs, providing
guidance on industry best practices and standards related to CRM analytics.
Evaluate potential third-party applications that can enhance workflow, focusing on
seamless integration with the CRM system through APIs.
Qualifications / Required Skills
Skills and Competencies:
Successful track record in administrating CRM platforms and supporting organization
with data intelligence, analytics.
Strong organizational and administrative skills to establish efficient work processes and
systems.
Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels, internal and external
to the organization.
Effective communication skills, verbal and written, to communicate technical information
to non-technical users, and translate feedback from non-technical users into actionable
configuration items.
Excellent analytical skills to identify, resolve, and troubleshoot database issues.
Ability to work under pressure and produce high-quality work in a timely manner, often
to deadline.
Ability to exercise initiative and self-motivation and work effectively in a team
environment.
Passion for driving exceptional customer experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.
Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision.
Additional Information
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Business Studies, Analytics, Data
Administration, Computer Studies, Communications).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the administration of CRM systems, database and
analytics administration; experience on IDSS or other similar platforms is an asset.
Experience in tourism industry is an asset.
