The National Culinary & Agri Tourism Readiness Program is a high-level course to build capacity and to empower businesses to innovate, grow sustainably, and contribute to Canadian tourism.

The program focuses on understanding what the designation means, identifying the elements that make a business market ready; and the steps to becoming Culinary READI including training, sharing of market intelligence, and best practices.

Culinary & Agri Tourism READI Training

The Culinary & Agri Tourism training offers a blended learning approach, combining online modules with instructor-led sessions workshops. It is comprised of five (5) asynchronous learning modules, complete with multiple-choice quizzes at the conclusion of each module. Learning from the modules will be supplemented by a customized PDF workbook, which participants will complete in an asynchronous capacity during and between modules.

TIAC endorses the Culinary Tourism Alliance’s Culinary & Agri Tourism course and recommends it as the first step in the Culinary & Agri Tourism READI Accreditation process.
