Yes, all resources are free to access. You must create a profile to access the resources, but access is free.

There are several ways to search for resources in our library. You can filter searches by category or province. Alternatively, you can click on one of our keyword, category or theme filters on the front page of the Resource Library. You can also click on the type for web or PDF formats.
