- Helped Canada's business-events sector by successfully pushing to extend funding for the International Convention Attraction Fund (ICAF).

• Competition Bureau of Canada (competition in Canada’s airline industry)
• Global Affairs Canada (free trade and the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA))
• Standing Committee on Human Resources, Skills and Social Development and the Status of Persons with Disabilities (seasonal employment and the Employment Insurance Program)
• Fisheries and Oceans Canada (proposed marine-mammal regulations amendments)
• Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) (proposed new fees impacting airlines)
- Made tourism-sector recommendations featured in the federal government’s Standing Committee on Finance report for 2025’s federal budget.
- Held 45 high-level meetings during Hill Days in October. Our team of 20 delegates met with numerous elected officials, including four federal ministers, the office of the official leader of the Opposition, the leader of the Green Party, and members of the Parliamentary Tourism Caucus.
- Launched the Regional Tourism Roundtable Series—an initiative to deepen connections, foster dialogue, and drive collaboration across the Canadian tourism industry. The first took place in St. John, New Brunswick, in November 2024 as a collaboration between TIAC and the Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick (TIANB).
- Fostered new relationships to strengthen tourism industry sector connections between Canada and China.
- Supported Destination Canada's Strategy 2030 by contributing to the work of the Public & Policy Support working group
- Supported organizers and host destinations of the FIFA World Cup 2026 by providing information for stakeholders and presenting the Government of Canada with vital policy considerations
- Worked closely with local stakeholders to expedite the reopening of the LaSalle Causeway bridge in Kingston, Ontario
