As we countdown to Congress 2019, we salute the inspirational leaders who joined TIAC’s spearheaded initiative to advance women in tourism, as co-signatories to the Catalyst Accord 2022 - Accelerating the Advancement of Women.
In this edition, we salute:
Philip Mondor President & CEO Tourism HR Canada |
“As an organization that works on behalf of the people that power our dynamic tourism sector, Tourism HR Canada is fully committed to the advancement of women in tourism. Our sector employs a higher percentage of women than the full labour force, and it is imperative that the executive level reflects this. Providing a world-class destination for travellers requires innovative ideas from diverse leadership; the Catalyst Accord 2022 provides support to achieve this. We are pleased to join other tourism stakeholders as signatories on this initiative.”
