RC Show 2019, held February 24 to 26 in Toronto, was the most ambitious yet. More than 800 exhibitors covered 250 000 square feet of the show floor with wares, services, brands and experiences of every description across five pavilions, eight stages and four hospitality events, all with an eye on sustainability.

Under the same roof for the first time ever and led by Restaurants Canada’s Senior Economist, Chris Elliott, Ipsos, NPD Group and Technomic shared how foodservice industry growth is impacted by using consumer-grounded data and forward-looking strategic insights.
