International visits were down 0.8% from July 2017, but saw an overall increase of 0.1% from January to July compared to the same period last year.

Chinese visitors decreased 5.3% from July to July but year-to-date numbers are encouraging with a 5.2% increase compared to 2017. Germany led the European market with the largest July increase with 13.5% compared to last year. This market is running a respectable 6.9% ahead of January to July 2017. India saw robust numbers, increasing 13.5% from July to July. Year-to-date, the numbers from India are up 7.6%, which bodes well for that market.

Japanese visits have dipped, dropping 12% from July 2017 to July 2018 and down 18.3% year-to-date from 2017.
