Presented by Destination Canada and supported by the TIAC events team, GoMedia connects top international and domestic media with Canadian tourism organizations through one-on-one meetings, networking events, and pre and post-event familiarization tours across the country and host region.

This year’s event, held at the Shaw Centre in Ottawa from August 11 to 15, was hosted by Ottawa Tourism. It brought together 309 delegates, which included representatives from 135 Canadian tourism organizations and 131 members of the media from 11 countries.

Over two full days, delegates took part in over 3800 appointments conducted on the marketplace floor.

TIAC is proud to participate in GoMedia through our events management to help support the industry. We look forward to GoMedia 2020 which will be held September 10 to 13 in Victoria, B.C.
