Charlevoix Tourism is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the region. It also acts as welcome center, provides tourist information and is involved in various fields of tourism development. With over two centuries of rich welcoming traditions and its proximity to Quebec City, the Charlevoix region combines majestic mountain scenery to the splendor of the St. Lawrence going from river to estuary, from freshwater to saltwater. This territory covers 6 000 square km of landscapes which are home to some 30 000 people spread in charming small villages, three of which rank among the most beautiful in Quebec.
