We are a regional destination management organization in southeastern British Columbia. The region is home to the Powder Highway and BC's Birthplace of Adventure.

Kootenay Rockies Tourism has operated since 1978 and works with over 850 tourism businesses and operators, including resorts, accommodating properties, wellness retreats, golf, ski, adventure, food & beverage, arts & culture and attractions. We focus on destination development/destination stewardship/regenerative tourism and improving our destinations' product offerings and experiences for both visitors and residents alike.
