 \nWe’ll first explore the key challenges tourism organizations face wh
 en it comes to meaningfully tackling sustainability, why it’s imperati
 ve that we get started now, and the business case to demonstrate how int
 egrating sustainability into the business model is great for the bottom 
 line. An overview of the two Masterclass options will then be presented.
 \n\nYou will learn how the FastTrack to Sustainability program will help
  you measure your sustainability performance using criteria that have be
 en recognized by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council and aligned with
  the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and then create a set of goals, t
 argets, and an action plan for improvement, customized to meet the size 
 and needs of your organization.\n\nIn the second part of the session, pa
 rticipants will gain insight into how the Pathway to Net Zero Carbon Mas
 terclass will help you measure your carbon footprint based on the intern
 ationally accepted Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol, learn how to set a sci
 ence-based carbon reduction target, and create an action plan to both re
 duce emissions and save money in the process.\n\nFor both masterclasses,
  participants will leave with an action plan and key tips for how to imp
 lement, and then authentically and credibly report and communicate their

 ore the concept of impact management and highlight the importance of bot
