 ing a sense of national pride and civic engagement and sharing Canada’
 s values and principles with the world.\n\nOur collective beliefs are ne
 eded in the world now more than ever.\n\nInvesting in tourism also leads
  to economic growth, job creation, and environmental protection and supp
 orts the flourishing of local culture, including Indigenous heritage. It
  also promotes peace, prosperity, and respect for human rights.\n\nIt al
 so generates considerable revenue for all government levels in Canada, u
 ltimately benefiting all people across the country.
